If I could describe in one word the impact of working out with Stephen Poppapipes Putman of Blast Training has had on my life, it would be “Life Changing”. I am a 49 year old mother(soon to be 50), who like so many have tried all types of diets, workout plans, gym memberships and other personal trainers, but for some reason could not reach my desired weight. I began working out with Steve in February of 2011, by April 2011 I reached my first goal in weight loss by shedding 20 lbs. Even though it took work, Steve has a way of keeping you encouraged, pushing you in your workouts where you look forward to coming back for the next session, and helping you to realize that weight loss is not just a physical adjustment but just as much a mental and lifestyle adjustment. I believe this, along with his specialized workouts is what sets him apart from the many other plans & workout programs I have tried.
His “Fast Twitch” workouts are challenging, but he allows you to work at your own pace. Within a short period of time, you are doing exercises that you may have thought you could never complete. It is amazing to see your body transform as you go through the training. Steve also helps you with your nutrition and provides great tips on how to eat healthy so that you keep the weight off. It is an eating plan that you can continue for the rest of your life. I have also used it to make changes to the way my family eats. As a result of Blast Training with Stephen Putnam, I feel great, I look great, and just like Steve encourages me, I have been able to encourage so many others who look at me & ask what did you do.
